General information
This privacy policy informs users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator Barbara Wenzel. The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory provisions. As new technologies and the ongoing development of this website may result in changes to this privacy policy, we recommend that you read it again at regular intervals. Access data and hosting
On the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), we and our hosting provider collect data about accesses to the website and store these as “server log files”. The following are logged: page visited, time of access, volume of data sent in bytes, source/referrer, browser used, operating system used and the IP address used. Server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Storage takes place for security reasons, for example in order to investigate cases of misuse. If data has to be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified. The website is hosted with a service provider within a global content delivery network; this provider processes the access data exclusively on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for analysis, tracking or advertising purposes. No reach measurement, no Google Analytics and no advertising networks are used. Technically necessary storage in your browser takes place solely to remember your language setting and your decision to load the map.
Fonts
The fonts used, “Sora” and “Manrope”, are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external providers and no data is transmitted to third parties.
Google Maps (map loads only after your click)
On the contact section we offer a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For data protection reasons the map is not loaded automatically: only when you click “Load map” is a connection to Google established and your IP address and possibly further browser data transmitted to Google. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by not loading the map. Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp
This website deliberately contains no contact form for medical information. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your details are stored in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, for health data Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR). The WhatsApp button is a simple link to wa.me; a connection to WhatsApp Ireland Limited is only established by your click. The provider's privacy policy additionally applies to the use of WhatsApp. Please do not transmit sensitive health data via unencrypted channels.

Your rights
As a user you have the right to receive free information on request about which personal data has been stored about you. Deletion of data
